Selected candidates will receive a salary under Jharkhand Government pay rules. Primary Assistant Teachers (Classes 1–5) will get ₹25,500–₹81,100 (Level-4), while Upper Primary Assistant Teachers (Classes 6–8) will receive ₹29,200–₹92,300 (Level-5), along with applicable government allowances.

• Assistant Teacher (Class 1–5) : ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 per month
• Assistant Teacher (Class 6–8) : ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month
