Special Educators (CWSN) must possess a Graduation Degree along with D.El.Ed. (Special Education) for Primary Level (Classes 1–5) or B.Ed. (Special Education) for Upper Primary Level (Classes 6–8), recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), along with an active CRR number and RCI registration certificate.
